What’s it cost?

Our commission fees are competitive with the marketplace. ​ If you only want a discount broker to

throw your property on a commercial MLS and wait for the phone to ring, you should probably look

elsewhere. ​ ​ We absorb 100% of the marketing risk. ​ We employ modern technology but also take it

old school with phone calls and mailers. ​ ​ ​ We do what it takes to get your property sold at the

highest price the market will achieve.


Do you only handle properties on the East Coast?

No. ​ While we are based on the east coast, we have an international platform and will do deals

wherever they are, across the United States and around the world.


Do you represent buyers?

We are selective in the buyers we represent. ​ ​ You must be actively shopping for a net lease

investment property and agree to sign an exclusive buyer representation agreement. ​ We respect your

time and we trust you will respect ours.
